Conversation Starters:

Use these thoughtful questions to spark meaningful conversations and deeper connections:

  • What's one challenge you've overcome that shaped how you see the world?
  • What's a skill you've developed that you'd love to pass on to others?
  • What's a project or idea you're currently working on that excites you?
  • Who has been the biggest influence in your life, and why?
  • What's a tradition or practice from your family or community that you want to keep alive?
  • If you had unlimited resources, what problem in the Black community would you want to solve?
  • What's one thing you wish you had started earlier in life?
  • How do you like to give back—whether with time, money, or knowledge?
  • What's a book, song, or piece of art that really influenced you?
  • If we met again in 10 years, what would you want to tell me you accomplished?
